Usefull Advices for Sausages and Salami

1. Do not store and preserve delicatessens with other cheese products in to the same cap, because by that way you reduce its lifetime.

2. Do not store and preserve delicatessens such as summer sausage or ham with other delicatessens such as dry salami in to the same cap, because you reduce its lifetime.

3. The preservatives of the delicatessens are used during their produce in very small quantities according with E.C. laws and are minimizing during their pasteurization-thermal heat. For that reason is mistaken the idea that delicatessens consist of huge amount of preservatives, and for that so are noxious for human organism.
